摘要

This paper introduces a SOPC design of Intelligent Pressure Sensor. The system integrated the sensor,data sampling and micro-processor unit into an on-chip SOPC,and conquered disturbances caused by long signal wiring. Altera FPGA embedded soft-core Nois II and top-down processes were employed to construct each functional module,and DAS data flow is controlled by the FSM Approach.Zero drifts, random error elimination and temperature compensation are adopted to eliminate and calibrate system errors. Theoretical analysis and partial simulation shows that the suggested system is characterized by high efficiency,flexibility,reliability,and strong antidisturbance ability.
