摘要

Temperature control accuracy seriously impacts on the quality and service life of semiconductor devices.In this paper,we design a control system based on single-chip microcomputer MCU-8253,which can monitor temperature from multi-channels.In the system we use its three built-in counters,they respectively count pulses from three kinds of conversion circuits,which can convert BUSY signal of chip7315 to standard pulse at the same time,and effectively improve conversion rate and accuracy.Experiments prove this system can meet the requirements of temperature control for sintering furnace.
