In the current paper the information technology outsourcing pricing problem is studied via a dynamic game based on three assumptions, i.e., the perfectly competitive market, the market with tax concessions, and the market with subsidies of service outsourcing talents training. The research indicates that the equilibrium price of information technology outsourcing is affected by demand functions of the enterprise and the decisions of the competitors. The relationships between the equilibrium price of information technology outsourcing and each parameter with Chinese government supportive policies for information technology outsourcing industry can be also obtained. Besides, some reasonable suggestions on supportive policies are given to the governments based on the results.
