Based on the analysis of the market's demand for environmental management talents, the paper explores the cultivation target, curriculum system, educational reform means to improve talents' knowledge and ability for a teaching reform case study of Wenzhou University. The enthusiasm, independency and ability of students were improved through reform. Significant good effects have been obtained in our reform exploration of environmental management.
