摘要

The article is devoted to the problems of personnel management on the basis of social networks of scientific societies. The development of social networks, their application problems in scientific societies and application problems of intellectual analysis technologies in them are analyzed. It is indicated that automatic selection of the experts from social networks of scientific societies will support objective administrative decision-making in the personnel management.
