摘要

Supplier quality management is the key to enhance the market competitiveness of tobacco companies, and how to assess the relationships between the two sides needs to be solved by the tobacco companies immediately. Based on summarizing and analyzing the relevant literatures, this paper introduces the Capability Maturity Model Integration theory (CMMI), divides the relationships between the tobacco companies and the suppliers into four levels, and establishes an evaluation index system, which constitutes the CMMI-based relationship evaluation model. Finally, this paper selects the IQFD method to assess the relationships between them, and points out the existing problems, which effectively ensure continuous improvement of their relationships and improve the enterprise competitiveness.
