The paper is based on empirical studies. The media literacy actuality of rural middle school students is investigated in Chinese central area, especially in Hu’bei and Hu’nan province. It analyzed the effect on their media literacy surrounding the media circumstance and by the usage of media. The conclusion is made: rural middle school student’s media literacy is not optimistic. It is basically in blind spot condition on the media literacy education of rural middle school students.
