摘要

Converting cultivated land back to forest or grassland can cause the reduction of cultivated land in quantity, but simultaneously it may influence cultivated land resource in a positive way. As to the quality of cultivated land, firstly such conversion of cultivated land can be treated as a kind of reserve of cultivated land; secondly such conversion can keep the quality of cultivated land, which is near the one converted, out of debasing; thirdly the improvement of ecological condition and the restraint of natural disasters can enhance the productivity of cultivated land resource to a certain extent. As to the quantity of cultivated land, the cultivated land's conversion can reduce the losing of cultivated land causing by not only land degradation but also natural disasters.
