Knowledge distribution of an enterprise can be depicted by a formal context. By constructing concept lattice of the established formal context, we can draw explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, which tells the manager of an enterprise how to divide staff into working group and make use of every member so as to saving work labor. For merged enterprise knowledge resources analysis, first establish individual concept lattice for every enterprise, then union them by vertical concept lattice union algorithm to get the concept lattice of the new enterprise. By analyzing concept lattice of the merged enterprise, conclusion is that the originally sub-enterprise knowledge structure has been retained in the new company, and the biggest by combination is to provide more human resources, and is able to make the people best use, results in saving business costs.
