摘要

Wuhan is the provicial capital and the administration central of Hubei. It has high industrial and economic bases and delicate industrial structure. But in recent years, with the developing of Zhujiang Delta and Changjiang Delta and the policies to developing weatern China, the economic status of Wuhan has been falling. The purpose of this article is to analyze how to break the bound of old economical developing mode in Wuhan and how to bringing industrial cluster into full play to upgrade the industrial structure.This article shows that if Wuhan city group want to realize long-term and continual developing, it should redivision and integration in industry chain. Then it can optimally allocat the resource and achieve the purpose of building two-oriented society.
