In the new historical period,environmental protection becomes the hard constraint for enterprise development. To maintain sustainable development, enterprises should carry out "ecological" governance. Namely,under the background that ecological economy becomes the international and domestic trends, considering both ecological environmental protection and economic and social development,according to the requirements of ecological development,enterprises should choose "ecological" industries and improve their own internal controlling mechanism. Taking the strategic choice of enterprises in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone as an example, the paper discusses the topic.
