摘要

This article researched the object of 2,250R2 mill, made simulation analysis of roll system in condition of adjusting roll cross angle, rolling speed and intersection position of cross rolls, it is concluded that roll cross angle, rolling press quantity, intersection position and rolling speed can change the size of the axial force, axial forces may float small by the pressing ratio increases, lager by rolling speed increases, bigger by adding more far intersection point position, This conclusions have realistic significance in cross rolling schedule making, and provide basis theory reducing rolling axial force.
