This paper takes Midea Co. Ltd. as the example, and analyzes the importance of product innovation and marketing innovation to the development of the enterprise. It then proposes a new integration innovation model, which is based on the different features of the products, taking the corresponding marketing methods to enhance the competitiveness of the company. The paper concludes that product innovation is the core foundation to a company's development; marketing innovation is a key factor; the integration innovation is a new power to the development of the company. Enterprises should select their corresponding integration models on the basis of their own situations and pay attention to the product localization and marketing localization on international road.
