Based on the connotation and features of the practical personnel in modern service Industry, this essay analyzes the existing problem of training the modern service industry and practical personnel of local Universities, raising a new proposal characterized by comprehensive occupational competency from personnel training, perfection Professional course system, innovation of teaching model, developing the practical course system and carrying out the effective teaching styles in practice. This essay is further defines the educational objectives of modern service industry talent, trying our best to build the teaching content and curriculum system which coincide with social needs, energetically exploring the effective training system for modern service industry talent.
