摘要

This paper, through the research and analysis of the ecological security of Jishi Town, Jingjiang City of Jiangsu Province, applied the Pressure-State-Response (PSR) model and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to establish the evaluation index system based on basic data collection, field research, as well as socio-economic and natural conditions of the town. 17 indexes were selected and distributed into 4 layers (objective layer, project layer, factor layer and index layer) to assess local ecological security. Under the guidance of ecological security theory, it is expected to be a useful addition to the ecological construction in small towns, to better ensure the enduring sustainable development by providing some references and scientific evidences.
