The financial crisis and its subsequent effect, make the trade protectionism being popular again in the global scale, and have brought a lot of bad influence to our economy and the development of foreign trade. Using the investment replacing trade is feasible to some Chinese competitive enterprises. This paper analyzes the foreign investment model of Chinese enterprises respectively from the aspects of industry choice, location choice, and main body choice.
