A W-band single-layer metal-only array (MOA) antenna with the capacity of focusing electromagnetic waves on both reflection plane and transmission plane is proposed in this paper which is suitable for passive millimeter wave imaging system (PMI). Double focal planes of the antenna make contribution to potentially raise the imaging frame rate of PMI and increase the spatial sampling rate. Square slot-type elements are employed to cover the 2n phase range and a discontinuities-slope horn is designed with symmetrical pattern offset to feed the MOA. To validate the proposed design, a MOA with 144 elements is designed and simulated. The size of -3dB focal spot is around 1.81mm at 94GHz with 3.6mm depth of focus, and the focusing efficiency is about 14.5%.
