The thermal and hydraulic performances of working fluid in a cross corrugated channel has been investigated, numerically by a three-dimensional model with a corrugation Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE). The study based on Tondear and Kvaalen's work that the entropy production uniformity is closely related to the heat exchanger performance, mover an entropy production uniformity factor is defined and used to optimize a corrugation PHE. The entropy production uniformity Criteria and the Performance Evaluation Criteria of the corrugation PHE with two different corrugation angles have been discussed.
