The flexible workflow technology is important to workflow management, and Qos performance of network system has become more and more important. One factor that has impacts on flexible workflow performance is exception, which in turn has negative effects on Qos performance of network. Based on the Stochastic Petri Net and the comparison between the old e-commerce systems and the new one, we propose a flexible workflow model in this paper which supports exception handling, and the corresponding Qos performance analysis method. Moreover, we analyze the flexible system's reliability performance parameters. The test results indicate that the method supporting exception is effective.
