摘要

The process of developing of the new standards has problems in early the development process. In particular to identify what steps are necessary to develop of the new standards. The research using the methodology of the FACTS (Framework for Analysis, Comparison and Testing of the Standard). Scope of the research include: stakeholder analysis; technical analysis; comparison of standards and testing of standards. The purpose of this research include: the method of development and the parameters required in the development of the National Standards of Indonesian (SNI) for traction battery Lithium Ferro Phosphate Ion with regard stakeholders' needs traction battery manufacturer Ferro Phosphate Lithium Ion in Indonesian. The results of the reserach are the new standard for the National Standard of Indonesian (SNI) for Lithium-ion traction Battery Cell Ferro Phosphate for Electric Vehicles Applications.
