The method of determine hard-to-recover reserves (HTRR) with using complex of geological and physical parameters of reservoirs for taken economic conditions is presented. This method is based on the construction of the multifunctional relations recoverable reserves of hydrocarbons with geological and physical parameters of deposits. The technique is realized in the form of the estimation of "index of reserves complexity" on the basis of the calculation of "coefficients of formation parameters complexity" for flow and capacity parameters of reservoir and fluid properties. "Index of reserves complexity" is used as criteria of assignment of reserves to HTRR category. We demonstrated the need of integrating geological and physical parameters of formations to determine their critical values for assignment to HTRR. The examples of HTRR definition with using the proposed method are shown.
