摘要

This paper analyses the risk compensation mechanism of Sub-funds of poverty alleviation Industry of Guizhou poverty alleviation investment fund by using game theory. And we analyze the two processes of cooperative game and dynamic game of government and financial institution respectively. Then we concluded that government and financial institutions can achieve win-win results in such risk compensation - both to expand the business of financial institutions so as to enhance the profit, also can bring social benefits.
