摘要

In this study, filler dispersion variation with respect to the effect of calcination, addition of the surfactant and filler dispersion method is shown and linked to mechanical properties of nanocomposites. Filler dispersion variation is studied through morphological analysis and determination of average filler particle size distribution in nanocomposites. The effect of filler calcination and use of the electrostatic dispersion method showed the most efficient filler dispersion and improved mechanical properties of the nanocomposites.
