摘要

Micro-structures stored oil machined on friction units' surface could reduce surface friction coefficient, improve the tribological properties and reduce friction wear. It is analyzed that effects of micro-structure to the tribological properties by the fluid dynamics way, and the tribological laws are acquired. It is discussed that designing and processing of the micro-structures stored oil, several array square micro-structures are machined with the fine electro-discharge machining technology, several array round micro-structures are machined by the fine electro-discharge and the ultrasonic combined electrical micro-machining, the tribology tests are carried. The results show that if the micro-structures stored oil are machined on the friction units' surface, the friction coefficient and the surface wear can be effectively reduced, and the round micro pits have the best tribological performances, the research results have good theoretical and application values for to improve the tribological properties of the friction units.
