Based on the tensor theory, the Jacobian matrix of the general motion of the rigid body was analyzed in this article, and the problem of the dual space of the screw space and its subspace was studied. A method of obtaining a dual space base of a screw space subspace without proposing null space base was proposed and proved. According to the characteristics of the hybrid mechanism, the method to establish the kinematic Jacobian was analyzed, and a new hybrid mechanism and its equivalent mechanism were used as the model for analysis to verify the correctness of the steps, which indicate using the tensor theory to analyze screw motion is correct and feasible.
