摘要

New agricultural business entities have become the main force supporting the economic development of rural areas today. In recent years, the state has formulated many preferential policies to promote the development of new agricultural business entities. However, the policies do not support them fundamentally, the main cause is the lack of self-development ability of the business entity leaders. The leaders lack the awareness and ability to promote the business entities through their own efforts. Therefore, it is important to investigate the influencing factors of the leaders' self-development ability. NVivo provides shortcuts for the analysis of indicator systems and influencing factors. The coding technique of software NVivo allows researchers to refine theories through the analysis of phenomena, enhancing the objectivity of studies. This paper takes the rural areas of Qinghai Province as an example, using the grounded theory method, a qualitative research method, to investigate the influencing factors. In-depth interview data from 45 leaders were hierarchically coded by NVivo12 software to implement the grounded theory method. Hence, the influencing factors include the institutional environment, level of knowledge and skills, leadership awareness and attention to information.
