摘要

Ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin are major national strategies. Based on the output value of the three industries in the Yellow River Basin from 1991 to 2015 and the relevant data of the industrial "three wastes", VAR model, Johansen cointegration test and impulse response analysis were carried out to analyze the impact of changes in the industrial structure of the Yellow River Basin on the ecological environment. The results show: Firstly, the development of the primary industry in the Yellow River Basin causes little pollution to the ecological environment in both short-term and long-term and it has a negative relationship with the ecological environment. Secondly the secondary industry has a negative co-integration relationship with solid waste generation and industrial waste gas emissions in long-term, but it will bring about the deterioration of the ecological environment in the short term. Lastly, the tertiary industry in the Yellow River Basin can improve the water environment. Meanwhile it has a positive relationship with industrial waste gas emissions and solid waste generation, but the impact is greater small.
