摘要

This article proposes the university knowledge management pattern according to the enterprise knowledge management pattern three levels. This pattern takes university knowledge management system (UKMS) as a hardware, organizes the culture take the university as the software, takes the university three big functions as the object and personnel training function correspondence knowledge management everyday concerns level, scientific research function correspondence knowledge expert level; Social service function correspondence cooperation innovation level. Finally, has made the university knowledge management pattern in the library management the simple application.
