An automatic demoulding unit and its pneumatic controlling system for demoulding aluminum ingot by hammering the mould with two independent hammer heads synchronously has been designed through studying and testing to deal with the issues of the plunger type hammering unit of the 20kg continuous casting machine, such as the bad demoulding effect, causing malfunctions frequently and poor production operation, etc. It was proved by practical production that the features of the demoulding unit are precise synchronization, stable performance, reliable operation and easy adjustment, it meets the requirements of effective and automatic production.
