摘要

This paper argues the policy of disaster management for government based on uniform platform. Firstly the reformation and impaction of disaster management in China is analyzed. The character and impaction is given for disaster management in China. Then the obstruction and cause of disaster management for province government in China is analyzed by investigating. The factors of platform, management and technology are described respectively. These mechanisms include relative law, system, technology and uniform basic database. Lastly the application case of disaster management is given to analysis the merits and shortcoming. The advice and promotions of disaster management for province government in China is given in order to give the excellent mechanism to promote the ability of disaster management for province government in China.
