Leak detection of flange of hydraulic system is the difficulty. The leakage signal characteristics and the impact to test results has been analyzed ,The distributed optical fiber sensing flange leak detection system has been designed, including the hardware system and the detection software. The test of leak detection has been carried out. The results show that the leakage signals of flange have more High-frequency signals than hole leakage signals, that's favorable to leak detection, and the flange leak detection of adjacent pipeline has little interference between each other. We can get clear and stable leakage characteristics of the waveform in the case of drip.
