Aiming at the guiding ideology of "thick foundation, wide caliber" for higher education, the author works out his opinions of "definite orientation and characteristic " as supplement, concluding the professional practice experience for the newly-set engineering management starting from the orientation, employment prospect, and summing up the specialty construction guiding ideology of "thick foundation, wide caliber; definite orientation and characteristic" for the project administration, emphasizing the development of advanced practical talents for the society.
