To introduce cost-profit analysis theory into environment influence evaluation and separate the cost and profit of non-pollution mine exploitation resources environment according to function changes (loss of function or new function,or function increase or decrease) of different eco-system environments.To suggest a four-step ecologic influence evaluation model as eco-environment service function influence identification—eco-environment service function influence value assessment—mine exploitation profit accounting—cost and profit analysis.And,to assess the economic value of Xingzi county Dapailing porcelain clay mine's ecologic influences and reach a result the region's loss value would be 4.993 million RMB in 2008,5.128 millions RMB in 2009,5.264 millions RMB in 2010.
