To aim to ultra-high performance computation for microwave simulations, a development of a dedicated computer of Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) method (FDTD dataflow machine) has been considered based on a concept of dataflow architecture This paper discusses microwave simulations for dispersive material by modifying the FDTD dataflow machine.
