Housing construction project is closely related to people's production and living, this paper analyzes the basic method and construction quality control theory, illustrates the importance and the importance of quality management and strengthens the construction phase, and proposes to strengthen the system construction, strengthen the internal supervision and related Suggestions. In recent years, with the market economy gradually establishes and perfect in China, the construction industry has got unprecedented development. At present, China's housing construction project construction quality also has many problems, therefore, the study of housing construction project construction control content and method has important practical significance. In this paper, the basic concept of quality control, the basic theory of housing construction project and construction quality control are discussed, the content and method of the construction quality control are summarized up to analyzes the present situation of Chinese housing construction project construction quality and quality control.
