The article reveals some aspects of juvenile delinquency, in the current stage, the alarming role of the drug phenomenon, which was emphasized in the context of our country's transformation from transit country into depository country and sales market. Perfidious traffickers use increasingly younger children and street children on the grounds that they are much easier to manipulate, are not criminally liable or are subject to reduced sentences and a differentiated sanctioning treatment.
