Strengthening the staff training and development is a program that an organization must be engaged in to keep high working force. Therefore, the training needs analysis, which is used to determine whether the training is a necessary process, as the primary part of training activities, causes a widespread attention of people. This paper focuses on the microlevel of training needs analysis - personnel analysis. This is the key step to determine whether the training could be implemented effectively finally, and how to effectively implement the training decision. This paper is based on basic theory of personnel analysis, through analyzing the various factors impacting the personnel training needs of enterprises analysis, as well as for impacting personnel analysis results, in order to help to determine whether the training is feasible.
