Behavioral finance theory put psychology especially behavior science theory into the finance in order to use its pioneering view reexamine investment behavior in financial markets. And it will put forward unprecedented challenges to the traditional finance theory. Behavioral finance explain the motivations, research, and forecasts the development of financial markets from microcosmic individual behavior and the psychology produce this kind of behavior.
