In this paper, we prototype a lifestyle monitoring system based on start-of-art IoT and SDN technologies to alleviate the pressure on public health-care system. There are several features of our proposed lifestyle monitoring system: 1) high security and privacy via isolated MVNO network for data transmission, 2) high cost-performance with low-cost IoT and MVNO, and 3) new value-added service for MVNOs via bigdata analysis.
