Economic development in Indonesia is classified as increasing in line with the reduction in the inflation rate, which has a percentage of less than 7%, this has the potential to make investors interest to invest. Stock investment is an instrument that has been chosen. One of the considerations in buying shares is by looking at the performance of companies that have been published by Bank Indonesia (BI) through the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Investment analysis and prediction is important to improve economic quality, and to carry out such analysis and prediction, it requires some information about the object or target to be invested. The need for information extraction is because the available documents are still in raw form, making it difficult for analysis and computation. From these problems, a solution has emerged to perform data extraction by performing extraction stages such as preprocessing, table recognition, table decomposition, application of extraction algorithms and evaluation. With the extraction of information carried out, it produces crucial information which will later be analyzed and predicted for investment activities. The prediction is done by applying fuzzy logic as a fundamental method of making predictions. The input used to make predictions obtained from information extraction includes CR (Current Ratio), TAT (Total Asset Turnover Ratio), DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), GPM (Gross Profit Margin), ROA (Return of Assets), and ROE (Return on Equity) with the output value of PG (Profit Growth) which is a reference for investment or not investment. Using calculated profit growth in the next year will provide advice to potential investors whether to invest in the company or not. To test the feasibility of the system in this study, the Fuzzy System uses the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) approach which results in an average MAPE value of 0.2528. And for the extraction of information using the F1score evaluation got a value of 0.94.
