Meteorological disasters are the main factors threatening the security of modern power grid, and transmission lines, as the carrier of power transmission, are more easily restricted by the complex and changeable natural environment. Therefore, a risk assessment model based on entropy weighted grey correlation analysis algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the risk of various meteorological disasters is analyzed, and the quantitative expression model of disaster factors is established; then, the correlation between disaster information and transmission line is extracted by using the improved algorithm of multiple grey correlation analysis with entropy weight. Finally, the risk assessment of line operation is realized based on the risk assessment model. The experimental results show that the application of the risk assessment model improves the power grid risk early warning ability and intelligent monitoring level.
