In this paper a system designed for machine performance analysis on agricultural equipment is introduced that allows for turning large amounts of data into easily comprehendible performance feedback that allows both operators and farm managers to identify performance opportunities in real-time in a convenient easily understood way. Additionally, smart performance alerts and improvement recommendations are provided that support the user in taking advantage of existing performance improvement opportunities in a timely way and foster long term improvement through learning. This paper is structured as follows: First an introduction into challenges associated with efficient data management in agricultural machines such as combine harvesters is given that motivates the approach presented. After that, the approach itself is introduced in more detail followed by a set of example results discussed in form of a field study.
