Summary form only given. We report a variant of transparent cathode, `F' transparent cathode for reduction of axial leakage current in a 12-cavity rising-sun relativistic magnetron. The leakage current reduction is achieved by increasing the thickness of transparent cathode tips in azimuthal direction at the end. Particle-in-cell (PIC) simulation of a 12-cavity rising-sun relativistic magnetron demonstrated the advantage of `F' transparent cathode. With `F' transparent cathode, the electronic efficiency in 12-c avity rising-sun relativistic magnetron can be as high as 70% while the leakage current can be reduced around 50% compared to transparent cathode. Further research on `F' transparent cathode are now going on.
