摘要

A basic cryostat design for a one gigahertz NMR spectrometer has been carried out. Pressurized superfluid helum cooling has been adopted. It has been cleared that layered structure of horizontal conduction plates, which cover J-T heat exchanger inlet and communication channel connecting to helium II bath, is effective for the temperature stabilization especially in liquid helium refilling process. To make sure of the safety of the magnet cryostat in case of quench, dynamical properties of the cold safety valve connecting to the helium I bath have been analyzed experimentally in superfluid helium.
