Higher trapped fields, larger energy product and better magnetic stability make HTS permanent magnet having good prospects for practical applications. Some technically related problems, such as magnetization and magnetic stability, would be encountered in applications. For the reason, the influence of the demagnetization field, pulsed excitation and the magnetic stability of the rapped field were primarily discussed on the basis of our theoretical analyses and experimental investigations in this paper.
