Through carrying the questionnaire survey on senior and junior students of Jianghan university business administration specialty, this paper comprehensively analyze the effect of experiential teaching methods that employment-orientated by means of factor analysis, and thus some proposals that employment-orientated of experiential teaching methods on business administration specialty are put forward.
