摘要

The Haicang Bridge of Xiamen is the most successful project of the infrastructure constructions in Xiamen's history with the total investment amounting to ￥2.17 billion. This project adopted such financing approaches as Foreign Investment and coming into the stock market. At one time it used the project management technology like computerized information management. Consequently, it has achieved a great success and become one of the first traffic infrastructures of the large-sized in China, which has been constructed in the manner of being operated as a company. This article analyses the application of the project management technology to the engineering construction of the Haicang Bridge of Xiamen
