Interferon (IFN) system and immune system play an important role in struggle with viral and bacterial infections. From the other side respiratory and different herpes viruses attack and fight both systems. On those conditions expressed secondary damages of IFN and immune systems, that leaded to manifest recurrent ARVI, recurrent HSV I, HSV II, its combinations, recurrent ARVI+ARBI), postinfectious CFIDS. In those cases safe and high-performance therapy by recombinant IFNα-Viferon - is preferable. We developed programs of local and systemic "differentiated Viferontherapy". It was used in recurrent ARVI, recurrent HSV I, HSV II and its combinations. We have developed an approach of "immunotherapy directed action" in revealed defects of the immune system functioning: carrying out of replacement or immunomodulating therapy aimed at reconstruction of T cell's component, restoration of neutrophils, natural killers, humoral chain of immunity. In cases of recurrent ARVI, recurrent HSV I, HSV II, its combinations, ARVI+ARBI, postinfectious CFIDS, when IFN and immune system were destroyed, Viferontherapy was used as a basic therapy in combination with "immunotherapy of directed action". Thereby, programs of IFN-therapy and combine IFN- and immunotherapy had demonstrated high clinical and immunological efficacy.
