By constructing the learning framework of college badminton class, this paper takes the flipped classroom of "College Badminton" course as an example to carry out the practice, and makes a quantitative and comparative analysis on the badminton skill mastery level (syllabus assessment content) before and after the experiment. The flipped classroom teaching mode can better improve the skills development of students. In addition to the higher average scores in the flip group, the number of people in the 90-100 score range and the 80-90 score range was significantly higher than that in the traditional group. Flipping is more helpful for girls. In the flip group, the amount of time needed for instruction in the class was significantly reduced. The number of students communicating with each other and instructing each other increased a lot. The number of times of completing review and training tasks after class in the flipped group was significantly better than that in the traditional group. The actual skills of the flipped group were much higher than those of the traditional group. Participation in pre-class activities, review and training after class are of positive significance for colleges and universities to practice the integration of internal and external physical education and sunshine physical education for college students.
