摘要

Transmission surface plasmon resonance (TSPR) is an extraordinary optical transmission that is more transparent at certain wa velengthsthan expected by classical theory. This is produced as a result of surface plasmon excitations. The shifting in TSPR resp onses is due to thechange of dielectric environment at the surface of a metallic film. TSPR has been used to improve the performance of the sens ing devices inthe applications of biosensors and chemical sensors. This presentation gives you information regarding the development of TSPR substrates,experimental setups for TSPR measurements, signal enhancement using plasmonic nanomaterials, and their potential applications .
